In our first stop in the impressive city of Baeza, which boasts a rich history marked by Arab domination and the Reconquista, we can stroll through the beautiful Plaza de Santa María, located in front of the majestic Cathedral of the Nativity of Our Lady, and admire the stunning Palace of Jabalquinto. The latter, a Gothic example with heraldic details and ornaments in the form of bows, pineapple studs, and diamond tips, impresses both art historians and anyone passing through its doors.
