Do you need directions to get there?

- It is not allowed to enter with backpacks or bags that exceed the size of 40×40 cm.
- Arrive 20 minutes early before the start time of the visit.

The Parador de Turismo/Franciscan Convent and the Museums of the Palace of Charles V can also be visited although they are not normally included in a standard tour.
It is also possible to take a tour of the exterior which may include the forest and part of the Carmen de los Mártires.
