It is not allowed to enter with backpacks or bags that exceed the size of 40×40 cm.

Complete tour of all the accessible parts of this monument. These include (please note that in some areas only part of the monument can be visited): Palace of Charles V, Puerta del Vino, Plaza de los Aljibes, Calle Real, Baths of the Mosque, Nasrid Palaces (Patio de Arrayanes, Tower/ Sala de Comares, Patio de los Leones, Sala de los Reyes), El Secano, Acequia Real, Auditorio Generalife (north side), Jardines Bajos/Paseo de las Adelfas, Patio de la Acequia. The Parador de Turismo/Franciscan Convent and the Museums of the Palace of Charles V can also be visited although they are not normally included in a standard tour.

It is also possible to take a tour of the exterior which may include the forest and part of the Carmen de los Mártires.
