Aunque el motor de reservas permita reservar en grupos separados (por ejemplo: un grupo de 4 personas y un grupo de 5 personas, o m\u00e1s), el encargado del punto de encuentro podr\u00e1 rechazar al grupo en caso de identificar este tipo de reserva.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2>Cancellation policy<\/h2>\r\n<p>For guided group tours with entrance to the Alhambra (Regular and Premium):<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>100% refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before the visit or event.<\/li>\r\n<li>100% charge of the total amount for cancellations made less than 30 days before the visit or event.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>For private guided tours with entrance to monuments \/ events:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Charge of the amount corresponding to the ticket supplement, from the time of booking up to 5 days before the visit or event.<\/li>\r\n<li>Charge of 100% of the total amount from 4 days before until the day of the visit or event.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>For other services that do not include entrance tickets to monuments \/ events:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>100% refund for cancellations up to 5 days before the visit or event.<\/li>\r\n<li>Charge of 100% of the total amount from 4 days before until the day of the visit or event.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>In no case, services will be paid for incidents unrelated to WALK IN GRANADA S.L.<br \/>To make any type of cancellation, it is essential to send the request to the following email address: <a href=\"mailto:info@walkingranada.com\">info@walkingranada.com<\/a> Cancellations by WALK IN GRANADA S.L<br \/>On the rare occasion of cancellation of a visit by WALK IN GRANADA S.L., we will try to find similar or better options for the client.
